Global Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Monitor market situation related to the category, competitors and retailers

  • Define strategy, expansion roadmap and go-to-market playbook as well as setting the right objectives, targets and measuring progress

  • Build an appropriate organizational capability to ensure smooth execution of operational plans

  • Execute with excellence and coordinate cross-functionally

Your Profile

  • Experience with premium and/or luxury product segments; the experience from skin care and understanding of this category would be an advantage

  • Readiness to work and with natural curiositiy will be important for this role

  • Working experience in similar role with at least 3-5 years and a contact network in B2B retail business

  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure; always acting on highest level of communication skills and high persuasiveness

  • Proactivity, problem solving and team player
