We are a leading personnel consulting firm for international luxury and premium brands, offering executive search and recruitment services in selected sectors. Established in 2008 by Silke Niemann, our consultants have an excellent understanding of the fields we work in and an in-depth insight into the German, Austrian and Swiss market.

We see ourselves as a ‘boutique’ executive search and recruitment provider since we serve only the most demanding of sectors, where quality, details and emotion are paramount. We apply our extensive, long-standing expertise to both long-term executive searches as well as short-term recruitment. Each individual search is actively managed and given personal attention which is led by the respective consultant.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH
We manage strategic executive search projects we understand for the search, evaluation and recruitment of highly qualified personalities, who operate on director level or in the upper management of retail, wholesale as well as within the enterprise organization.

In order to create a detailed candidate profile, our candidate selection is based on a comprehensive analysis of your company’s information regarding industry, competition and market positioning. Our methodology includes the analysis of the availability of suitable and qualified candidates working for competitors or related companies or organizations. Once we have compiled a shortlist of qualified candidates who meet our client’s requirements, we act as an intermediary to contact the person(s) and qualify their interest and motivation in the career opportunity with our client. We perform a rigorous initial screening with an additional look behind the resume.

Finally, we present the candidates with a detailed candidate profile and, if required, also accompany the respective candidate interviews on site.

RECRUITMENT
In contrast to long-term executive search processes, we also apply our expertise to short-term recruitment projects in the search for associate and vice president positions, as well as all positions within the back and middle office.

On the basis of a well-founded and experienced evaluation of a needs-based recruitment, we are able to minimise the risks for our clients, react quickly and guarantee an accurate selection of candidates.

INTERIM
When filling interim positions means the temporary offer by an experienced manager or specialist to provide stability to a company or department following the sudden departure of a senior manager or employee, or to provide a highly specialised qualification that a company may not have internally.

A company may choose to go the interim management route because the role in question is not a permanent position or a permanent manager cannot be found quickly enough. Interim managers or professionals are typically hired for three to twelve months and help companies in transition to fill a critical role.

The benefits in filling interim positions are: speed, fast results, knowledge transfer and objectivity.
