Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), Beauty, Region D-A-CH

Your Tasks

  • External representation of the company in the respective region

  • Independent development of key account planning for product sales in the B2B sector

  • Maintaining relationships with existing, international customers and ensuring sales through the acquisition of new customers

  • Planning and organising trade fairs and events

  • Close cooperation with the international internal sales team

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed business studies or corresponding training

  • Many years of experience as a key account or sales manager in the beauty or cosmetics industry from the manufacturer side or from the retail, e-com environment

  • Broad knowledge of different sales channels and active retail network

  • Unlimited willingness to travel and business fluent in English

  • Strong analytical skills, independent action characterised by determination, pro-active approach and sense of responsibility
